One Person Alone Cannot Rebuild a Village, But as a Community, Together We Can.

As we get farther away from January 12, 2010, our minds begin to move on to other things happening around us and we so quickly forget about the people in Haiti who are still in need of our help as they try to rebuild what was lost during the earthquake. I posted this letter from the TENTS FOR HAITI Project so that you can remember what happened a month and a half ago and if you haven’t done something to help, maybe this could be a way for you to do so. I feel especially connected to this cause for several reasons. The main reason being that I have been to Haiti several times with groups from Souderton Mennonite Church and have experienced first hand what life is like in a third-world country.
